  Spent £3.5m on a house in Bentley Priory. Having problems with the Heating System. Tried to contact Cala Homes and Banner Homes.
  No reply to e mail sent through their web site and have left messages on voice mail. They probably don't care.
  If there was star rating into negative then they will get Minus 5 Star Rating.
