  Booking appointments has been a bit hit-and-miss on occasion, but this seems to be more resolved these days and it appears to be much easier to see a doctor than it used to be. The surgery itself is quite modern, changes are made quite often to improve it, which is great. Quality of care is in my experience quite good, my doctor at least understands what I am saying, appreciates how I feel, and treats me accordingly. Not everything is perfect but this would be difficult considering the current state of the NHS.
