  I ordered online from tracks direct and it was the first time I had considered ordering a track myself for my front room bay window.
  
  The guide these guys supplied for doing it was excellent even covering the angles of my bay.
  
  The following day I realised I had the measurements wrong and contacted them and they fixed my order and also made sure my angles all added up correctly with the lengths I had. This saved me from getting it wrong a second time.
  
  To my delight the goods were made up and shipped to me much quicker than expected and the quality of product and service was superb. The track itself fitted easily and is holding some very very heavy curtains
  
  I'll definitely be using again when I need tracks redecorating my other rooms.

  I was absolutely fed up buying plastic rubbish curtain rails. I sought out this company on line. Never used them before but will only ever use them in future. The staff are knowledgable, helpful and friendly. The product brilliant and sturdy. We have a full length 4.5 metre wide window and the rail easily supports the heavy curtains. Worth the extra money in my opinion. A pleasure to do business with them.
